Our pre-configured catio enclosure kits ship free! In addition, any order over $1499+ receives a flat $ 150 shipping fee (we pick up the rest)! Our discounted shipping promotion is offered to shipping addresses in the continental United States ONLY.
Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, or other US Territories should contact us by phone or email for significantly discounted shipping rates on items that qualify for Free shipping to the continental USA.
Most of our items are made to order. This means the item is fabricated by hand just for you. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks (business days) before shipping. It goes through an array of steps before it becomes ready to ship. The estimated delivery date shown on product pages and the shopping cart is primarily accounting for this fabrication time. In some cases, it may be ready in a shorter amount of time (in very rare situations a bit longer) and we will do our best to get it to you as fast as we can without compromising quality! Shipping to Canada, Europe, Australia, South Africa, and Beyond
Our products ship from Oxford, Michigan, USA. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t help you if you reside outside the United States We ship to countries outside the USA on a daily basis and we can help!
We do not accept online orders for shipping to countries outside the USA as shipping to other countries is a very complex and difficult process to quote properly without detailed information about your order and location.
