Our products are in use on every continent except Antarctica. This means we have shipped and will ship nearly anywhere. Our products are well made, durable, long-lasting solutions for happy and safe pets! This also means that our products often ship in multiple boxes or on large wooden pallets that have have weight to them. This makes them costly to ship, but we get as creative as possible to ensure you the best deal possible regardless of where you are. 

Shipping to the USA

Shipping is a flat $150 on any order of $1,125 or more. On orders under $1,125, shipping runs up to $450.00.

That number looks steep, and it can be. A small kit rides the same freight pallet as a big one, and the carrier charges for the pallet, not the cat. So call us before you order. We check the exact freight to your address with the shipper, and $450.00 is the most you will ever be asked to pay. If you’re anywhere near $1,125, adding a tunnel section or a set of shelves often costs less than the freight it saves you. Send us your ZIP and what you’re looking at and we’ll work it out.

Small items ship by parcel, not freight, and they have their own flat rates. Cat trees, climbing posts and scratchers ship for $37.71. Awnings, hammocks and other accessories ship for $23.71.

Our pre-configured catio enclosure kits are priced without freight. Flat-rate shipping applies to addresses in the continental United States only.

Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, or other US Territories should contact us by phone or email for a shipping quote.

Shipping time

Most of our items are made to order. This means the item is fabricated by hand just for you. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks before shipping. It goes through an array of steps before it becomes ready to ship. The estimated delivery date shown on product pages and the shopping cart is primarily accounting for this fabrication time. In some cases, it may be ready in a shorter amount of time (in very rare situations a bit longer) and we will do our best to get it to you as fast as we can without compromising quality! You will be notified via email when your order is ready to ship! For backorders or other unforeseen issues, there may be a delay in order shipping time.

Shipping to Canada, Europe, Australia, South Africa, and Beyond

Our products are fabricated in the USA. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t help you if you reside outside the United States We ship to countries outside the USA on a daily basis and we can help! 

We do not accept online orders for shipping to countries outside the USA as shipping to other countries is a very complex and difficult process to quote properly without detailed information about your order and location. Not to worry! We are happy to help you by phone or email instead for subsidized shipping rates. Please contact us for assistance!
