The Overlook Catio Series by Habitat Haven redefines outdoor cat enclosures, offering two trim packages and two size variations to create a unique and spacious outdoor haven for your feline friends. Basic - Pure Simplicity
Begin with the “Basic” trim package, which includes the essential catio "shell" and a human entry door on each enclosure. The Basic Overlook creates a serene outdoor space for your cat, granting you the freedom to personalize it with your preferred accessories!
Plus - Comfort and Style Combined
Upgrade to the “Plus” trim package for added comfort and style. This package adds the standard natural cedar plank floor and ample cedar shelving that can be adjusted however you see fit. Your cat will love climbing and perching in this enhanced and functional design.
Luxury - Spoil Your Cat Rotten
For the pinnacle of feline splendor, choose the “Luxury” trim package. Alongside the cedar floor and shelving, this version comes with an assortment of accessories: scratching posts, hammocks, ramps, and awnings. Treat your cats to a touch of opulence with these delightful extras.

The Overlook series offers two size variations, each providing a unique configuration for your cat's exploration and enjoyment.
Petit - Spacious Trio
The Petit option comprises three enclosures (two at 72” tall, one at 46” tall) interconnected with tunnels and a long cat bridge. This configuration provides multiple vantage points and spaces for your cats to explore and relax. It is great for households with more than one cat!
Standard - Grand Outdoor Kingdom
For a larger outdoor kingdom, choose the Standard option, featuring three enclosures (two at 92” tall, one at 72” tall), interconnected with tunnels and stairs. Give your cats ample room for climbing, exploring, and lounging.
High Vantage Points with Overhead Bridge

Create a Customized Outdoor Paradise
All enclosures in The Overlook series are fully enclosed four-sided enclosures. Tailor your cat's outdoor paradise by choosing the trim, size, and accessories that suit your feline friend's preferences.

Enclosures will arrive partially assembled and flat packed on a pallet. Assembly is straightforward for anyone who would consider themselves "handy." Paper instructions will be provided. It is recommended that at least two reasonably healthy people are present to install the enclosures. Knowledge of basic carpentry and assembly is helpful.
Clips will be provided that secure the enclosure together. In addition, a special tool for snugly fitting/closing the clips is also provided with each enclosure order.
Once unpacked, you will arrange your enclosure near or on the assembly site. Using provided 3 prong clips and specialty pliers, you will connect the edges of your enclosure by setting the edges until you have a fully enclosed and free-standing enclosure.
At that point, you can then attached to structure/buildings as necessary. Then you can create any needed holes in the enclosure to accept tunnels, stairs, or other accessory components as needed (holes are not made by Catbitats - they are made during assembly installation to offer maximum flexibility and minimize the chance for errors.)
